Refund Policy for Rotaract UCBS

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you wish to request a refund for your dues, please note that refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available if a request is made within 48 Hrs of payment.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 48 Hrs.
  • Any dues paid for specific events or initiatives will be refunded based on the event's cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email or official club communication channels.

Monthly Dues - 100 INR

As part of being a member of Rotaract UCBS, members are required to pay a monthly due of 100 INR to support the various initiatives, events, and activities we organize throughout the year.

The monthly dues are mandatory for all active members and help fund community service, awareness programs, and more. If you have any concerns regarding the dues or payments, please don't hesitate to reach out to the club leadership.
